Representing an analytical model for resolution of territorial disputes

Abstract

researchers have proposed numerous theories in dispute resolution, but there is no specific theory or model of Territorial dispute resolution. This article based on analyzing different aspects of territorial dispute resolutions, and by using analytical method, tries to propose a model of territorial dispute resolution based on this hypothesis that territorial disputes have regional roots. The opposed model, argues that, since territorial disputes have regional roots, resolution methods and tactics should also be based on regional capabilities. Perception of countries about disputed, the method of resolution, and mutual benefits of peaceful resolution, are among prerequisites of regional disputes resolution.
