this article tries to explain regime change in Middle East Arab societies, using historical and sociological approach. The question of article is that: which factors or contexts has shaped Islamic awakening in these societies? Author argues that tow sets of internal and external factors caused the event, including: decades of bad governments experience, monopoly of power and wealth, cultural and intellectual developments in Arab nations, peaceful foreign policy toward Israel and Islamic revolution in Iran.
