This article examines efficiency of Intuitive Multi-Faceted Decision making Model focusing on sanctions of 1929 resolution of Security Council and the 9th and 10th government’s approach on nuclear program. Article 9 of resolution 1929 directly points to missile power of Iran, which has no record in previous resolutions. Author argues that Intuitive Multi-Faceted Decision making Model contrary to other conventional models based on rational actor is more compatible with multi-stage process of Iranian foreign policy.
