Abstract Although the post-9/11 US arms control policy in the Bush, Obama, and Trump administrations has been viewed from different perspectives, a comparison gap based on a common theoretical framework is evident. The main question of this article is what are the commonalities and differences between the US arms control policy during the Bush, Obama and Trump eras? According to the article hypothesis, the direction of arms control in US foreign policy during the Bush era was in the form of "post-arms control policy", during the Obama administration, within the framework of "off-shore balance arms control policy" and during the Trump era, "no-arms control policy". The post-arms control policy leads to measures beyond the usual arms control measures; off-shore balance arms control policy have led to an emphasis on international regimes; And t no-arms control policy led to measures to reduce costs. In this article, the theory of balanced behavior of "Randall Schuler" as one of the thinkers of the theory of neoclassical realism is used and the research method is comparative.

Abstract The main question of the article is what will be the United States policy and strategy in international arena in general and toward the Islamic Republic of Iran specifically during Trump's administration? In response to the question, a conceptual framework is provided at first and after that, the affecting factors on shaping the United States foreign policy in domestic and international levels are presented and its principals and approaches are explained. It seems the Trump administration will face with big problems and obstacles in pursuit of the United States ends and interests and revisit its positions in foreign policy.

Abstract

United StatesandIraqrelations were not so good during Saddam Regime and it was even worsened after Iraqi invasion ofKuwaitwhich ended in the overthrow of Baathist regime. From 2003 to 2009,Iraqwas under the control of US and the coalition forces. This situation came to an end when a security agreement was signed betweenWashingtonandBagdad. Their formal relations changed accordingly but their military- security relations are defined according to the security and political situation ofIraq, US and specially Obama's policies towardIraqand the region, and Iran- US relations. This essay figures out the US-Iraq Military and Security Relations Perspective based on the three mentioned parameters. 

Abstract In regarding to the first term of Bush Administration's foreign policy in concerned to IRI, the second one's (2004-8) is shown that made some change from unilateralism and pre-emptive warfare to the traditional and heritage mode of foreign policy reminded from the cold war so called the Containment Policy. It is reason that change made by some unsuccessfully performance ofU.S.management of peace after the war inAfghanistanandIraq. It argues that this theory would be having conceivably explanting the different situation between theU.S.and IRI in the period. There are based upon it four pattern of behaviors inU.S.foreign policy onIranas follows: engagement, democratization, sanctions and punishment and military action. The paper believes that this outlines could be continuous to the nextU.S.administration. The range of made some changing in behavior, inertial dependency to global club and regime change are the purpose of this policy.
