Abstract Obama administration it’s stated policy has been seeking to change nuclear calculations of Iran’s Leaders, and to achieve this goal has used sanctions to paralyze Iranian Economy. The main question of article is “what is the main expect of U.S.A. from function of sanction regimes against Iran? And by which mechanism is going to change Iran’s calculation?” Author argues that making political divide among Political Elites of system and Uprising are the most important goals of U.S.A. from imposing sanction regimes against Iran.

Abstract This article tries to review USA’s main strategy to encounter with Iranian nuclear dispute, its means and its prospect. Authors argue that nuclear rollback is USA’s main strategy in Iranian nuclear dispute. Diplomacy, sanction, deterrence, containment, threat of military attack, and sabotage are the most important instruments of this strategy. Recent increase of pressures and threats against Iran and emphasizing od rejection of nuclear Iran, shows that USA is serious in nuclear rollback strategy to convince Iran to give up its nuclear program.

Abstract In regarding to the first term of Bush Administration's foreign policy in concerned to IRI, the second one's (2004-8) is shown that made some change from unilateralism and pre-emptive warfare to the traditional and heritage mode of foreign policy reminded from the cold war so called the Containment Policy. It is reason that change made by some unsuccessfully performance ofU.S.management of peace after the war inAfghanistanandIraq. It argues that this theory would be having conceivably explanting the different situation between theU.S.and IRI in the period. There are based upon it four pattern of behaviors inU.S.foreign policy onIranas follows: engagement, democratization, sanctions and punishment and military action. The paper believes that this outlines could be continuous to the nextU.S.administration. The range of made some changing in behavior, inertial dependency to global club and regime change are the purpose of this policy.

Abstract During the Bush Administration, especially in his second Presidential term, the main element of theUSpolicy towardsIranhas been the Iranian nuclear activities. However, in spite of the various relevant positions of the US officials, either by the executive branch or by the Congress, the US policy towards Iran has been based on  non-military sanctions (as multilateral as possible) to change the Iran's behavior according to the US security remarks. Of course, the existing tensions between the two countries, is neither limited to the nuclear issue nor they are the result of the Bush security policy. Nonetheless, the nuclear issue has been a proper bed for more complicatingUSpressure onIran.
