In this article, the author explains war and military power from the viewpoint of grand theories of international relations including realism, liberalism and the world system and along with them, he also extrapolates the outlook of constructivists as the theorists of the fourth debate in international relations. Within this framework, realists give priority to military hardware power and view war as a natural order of affairs. In contrast, liberals do not regard war as the natural order of affairs and while considering software power, they maintain that stability and security may be established through expanded economic relationships, free trade and enlargement of international organizations, thus in this way war could be avoided. The world system theory also considers the exploitative economic relations and injustice in international relations as the root cause of war and insecurity. The constructivist school seeks to link material affairs with non-material ones in the category of security. This outlook focuses on the change in perspectives, interpretations and understandings, and establishes a direct relationship among identity, interests and security. We face a combination of such theories in analyzing security at the international level, because none of them is lonely able to explain security.}, keywords = {war,Military Power,National Interest,Identity}, title_fa = {تحلیل امنیت در پارادایم‌های حاکم بر روابط بین‌الملل}, abstract_fa = {دیدگاه‌های نظری گوناگونی درباره جنگ، قدرت نظامی و امنیت وجود دارند که از منظری خاص و متفاوت به این مقوله می‌پردازند و هیچ یک به تنهایی پاسخ مناسبی به پرسش‌های مطروحه نمی‌دهند. در این نوشتار امنیت، جنگ و قدرت نظامی از دیدگاه نظریات کلان روابط بین‌الملل یعنی رئالیسم، لیبرالیسم و نظریه نظام‌جهانی بررسی شده و در کنار آنها دیدگاه سازه‌انگاران به‌ عنوان نظریه‌پردازان مناظره چهارم در روابط بین‌الملل نیز شرح داده شده است. در این چارچوب رئالیست‌ها به قدرت سخت‌افزاری نظامی توجه می‌کنند و جنگ را نظم طبیعی امور می‌دانند. در مقابل لیبرال‌ها جنگ را تمایل طبیعی امور نمی‌دانند و ضمن توجه به قدرت نرم‌افزاری بر این اعتقاد هستند که می‌توان از طریق توسعه ارتباطات اقتصادی و آزادی تجارت و نیز گسترش سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، ثبات و امنیت را ایجاد نمود و از جنگ اجتناب ورزید. نظریه نظام‌جهانی نیز روابط استثمارگرایانه اقتصادی و بی‌عدالتی در روابط‌بین‌الملل را علت اصلی جنگ و ناامنی می‌داند. مکتب سازه‌انگاری نیز به دنبال پیوند میان امور مادی و غیرمادی در مقوله امنیت است. این دیدگاه به تغییر نگر‌ش‌ها، تفسیرها و ادراکات توجه دارد و بین هویت، منافع و امنیت رابطه مستقیمی برقرار می‌کند. در تجزیه و تحلیل امنیت در سطح بین‌المللی با ترکیبی از این نظریات مواجهیم زیرا هیچ کدام از آنها به تنهایی قادر به تبیین امنیت نیستند.}, keywords_fa = {جنگ,امنیت,قدرت نظامی,منافع ملی,هویت}, url = {https://quarterly.risstudies.org/article_1020.html}, eprint = {https://quarterly.risstudies.org/article_1020_ec03a89617df79449ac65c728e1fab49.pdf} }
