However, the concept of security can be traced back to ancient times, when the term was an unknown and unfamiliar phenomenon in theology. The concept of security in this context, in its simple sense, means, order, stability, caution from anxiety and danger emanating from the ruling apparatus. Organizing the relationship between the state or government and the subjects (citizens), or in the post-constitutionalism -the nation- with the aim of expanding the power of the Shah and the continuation of his powerful monarchy, has been an important turning point in the cognitive thinking of security in the Iranian intellectual system. شاکله بندی مفهوم امنیت در ایران، به بدیهی ‏ترین وجه ممکن در عصر مشروطه اگر نگوییم آغاز شده، دست‏کم باید گفت اوج گرفته و با دامنه و شدت گسترده ای در تحولات تاریخی- سیاسی این سرزمین تطور پیدا کرده؛ به ‏گونه ای که در دهه پنجم انقلاب اسلامی، ادراکی عمیق تر و جامع ‏تر از آن در قالب حکمرانی امنیتی، بستر مطالعه پژوهش‏گران قرار گرفته است. با این حال، عقبه مفهوم امنیت را می ‏توان در ادوار قدیمی تر که این اصطلاح در کلام و اندیشه، پدیده اای ناشناخته و ناآشنا -البته با محک مدرن آن است- نیز جستجو کرد. مفهوم امنیت در این چارچوب، در معنای ساده نظم، ثبات و برحذربودن از تشویش و خطر نشأت گرفته از دستگاه حاکمان، خود را نشان داده است. به سامان کردن رابطه دولت یا حکومت با رعیت یا به تعبیر پسامشروطه ای ملت، با غایت گسترش قدرت شاه و تداوم سلطنت مقتدرانه وی، نقطه عطف مهمی در تفکر شناختی امنیت در منظومه فکری ایرانیان بوده است. https://quarterly.risstudies.org/article_133893_0d31940f0774a13369f1cae430e85aba.pdf
