This paper seeks to study the trend of developments in religiosity indicators in its important dimensions and components, to analyze the relationship between these developments in today's Iranian society with the social dimension of national security. Accordingly, the findings obtained in the national surveys, especially during more than four decades of the establishment of the Islamic Republic, have been studied and analyzed. Findings have shown that changes in the religiosity of the Iranian people, as well as their attitudes toward religion, religious institutions and official procedures in religious governance, are moving towards the decline of the status, importance and role of religion in society. Based on the results obtained and the ups and downs of various indicators of religiosity, strategic proposals for optimal policy-making and reform of existing trends have been presented شناخت و تحلیل از تحولات ‏دین‏داری در جامعه ایرانی، علاوه بر اینکه شاخصی از تحولات فرهنگی و اجتماعی است، فهم عمیق‌تر و تبیین روند تغییرات در حوزه‏ های دیگر، از جمله وجه اجتماعی امنیت، چه در سطح امنیت عمومی و چه در سطح امنیت ملی را میسر می ‏سازد. این پژوهش در پی آن است تا با مطالعه روند تحولات ‏شاخص ‏های ‏دین‏داری در ابعاد و ‏مؤلفه ‏های مهم آن، به تحلیل نسبت این تحولات در جامعه امروزینِ ایران با بعدِ اجتماعی امنیت ملی بپردازد. بر این اساس، یافته‌های به ‏دست ‏آمده در پیمایش‌های ملی انجام ‏شده، به ویژه طی بیش از چهار دهه استقرار نظام جمهوری اسلامی، مورد مطالعه و تحلیل روند قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان داده که تغییرات در ‏دین‏داری مردم ایران و همچنین نگرش آنها به دین، ‏مؤسسات دینی و رویه‌های رسمی در حکمرانی دینی، به سوی نزول جایگاه، اهمیت و نقش نهاد دین در جامعه در حرکت است. بر مبنای نتایج به ‏دست ‏آمده و فرازوفرودهای ‏شاخص ‏های مختلف ‏دین‏داری، پیشنهادهای راهبردی برای سیاستگذاری مطلوب و اصلاح روندهای موجود ارائه شده است. https://quarterly.risstudies.org/article_141364_6bcad5d1c166ebbaddc6b1758bdb55d2.pdf
