Abstract .The paper provides a different analysis the impact of trans-regional security equations on development and equality in Iran with special attention to the relationship between security and development within the framework of the regional developments. For the author, the relationship between domestic and international levels through the regional security and geopolitical structure brings about new perspectives. Thus, the main question of the paper is focused on the regional security and geopolitical structure. And to discuss the issue the following hypothesis is raised: the features of the security environment in the Middle East cause unsustainable and uneven development in Iran.
