Abstract In a positive discourse, internal security is a situation in which the political system is able to establish maximum satisfaction among its citizens. One of the dimensions of citizens' satisfaction is to have peace of mind in economic matters. Establishing internal security in the economic field in crises and shocks resulting from internal and external conditions requires correct and efficient decisions of senior managers; making the right decisions also requires transparency and access to accurate, true, comprehensive and up-to-date information and statistics from the economic field, which can only be achieved with the formation of an economic intelligence system in the country. Economic transparency, using the tools of the economic intelligence system, has significant functions that are vital and inevitable for the internal security of the country. The purpose of this article is to explore the theory of economic transparency and the creation of economic intelligence system and its impact on economic security in the country.

Abstract The authors of this article believes the developments that have taken place in public-related fields and human relations, which have influenced macro concepts such as sovereignty, have had an impact on the issue of confidentiality in diplomacy as well and have created a trend in its conceptual evolution–despite its traces being found in diplomatic relations–which in turn has created another seemingly paradoxical concept called "transparent confidentiality". The article would conclude that as long as a nation state system remains in place, the issue of secrecy will continue to exist. However, its content has undergone and will undergo such changes that, despite literal similarity, it will no longer look much like the concept of confidentiality used in classic books and even modern diplomacy.
 
 

Abstract Many experts believe that transparency, greater access to information, and better flow of information help increase the accountability of governments and state officials and eventually help stem corruption and improve governance, which leads to an establishment's sustainability. In recent years, things such as unjustifiably high salaries and benefits, unjustifiable provision of properties and extra benefits at municipalities, the manner in which government-subsidized foreign currency is provided to importers of goods, etc are an indication of not-so-transparent processes, which are the result of lack of transparent information and flawed performance of supervisory organizations. This article discusses the important role of free access to information in improving the efficiency of governance and demonstrates that access to information in Iran is not as it should be and that supervisory organizations face a conflict and multiplicity of responsibilities. It also puts forward some proposals that could help improve information dissemination and supervisory structures in the country.
