: theoretical analysis of nuclear policy is not a frequent matter, but there are different theoretical frameworks in response to question of nuclearization and dis-nuclearization policies of countries. This article analyses problems of current theories on nuclearization and dis-nuclearization, and propose strategic identity as an alternative framework.
