Developments in 8 years of Ahmadinejad government show that there is a relation between its economic policies like Equity stock, Mehr housing and targeted subsidies and its electoral and social position. This relation strengthened the foundations of a new theory called “government in periphery and periphery in government” which shows the interconnectedness between economy, politics and society of contemporary Iran.
