Abstract The new world system has faced insecurity, chaos, crisis and war since the beginning. Many of the ethnic, racial, religious, etc. groups that lived together in relatively peaceful social-political frameworks in the past years, now after the end of the Cold War, they are experiencing a new conflict for the sake of identity all over the world. Those who thought that with the end of the Cold War and the unbridled arms, military and ideological competition, the world would enjoy security and constructive stability, soon became disillusioned with this crude idea.
