Abstract Construction and regeneration of the Jewish identity based on Zionist discourse, currently perused and undergone by the Israeli government, both at domestic and international levels, is one of the important processes in the said discourse. A scrutiny and illustration of various aspects of this mechanism will lead to revealing the hidden layers of the Zionist behavior and approach at internal and external levels. Given the importance of the way of constructing the Jewish identity concurrent with the Zionist discourse, the paper intends to answer the question of regeneration of the Jewish identity within the framework of its own purposes.  Thus it argues that the Zionist discourse is generating the Jewish identity through a distinction construct, while emphasizing Anti-Semitism, organizing the Jews in the Zionist distinction groupings and taking position against “other” identities consistent with the above said purposes.

Abstract  devices and technologies to espionage is a new phenomenon in the international system. The unmanned air vehicles are one of those technologies used frequently for the said purpose.During the recent years, the US has initiated to use this technology against Iran. Regardless of its success and Iran’s reaction against it, committing this act by the USA is in contradiction with some general and special rules of the international law, including, the rule of non-intervention in internal affairs of the countries. Violation of these rules leads to responsibility and accountability of the USA against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Abstract   Qatar is a tiny state that has invested on soft power and the relevant instruments to project that power; in this way it has established the Aljazeera Channel aiming at increase of its security co-efficiency. The paper intends to answer the question that what roles the Aljazeera channel has played in increasing Qatar’s soft power. In this way, the authors’ hypothesis is that by getting control of flow of information regarding the US war in Afghanistan and Iraq, the Israeli war against Palestine, a reverse image building in the Arab world before the 2011 developments and contributing to motivate protesters in Arab countries at that period, the channel has increased Qatar’s regional and global prestige and reputation while strengthening its security co-efficiency. The paper enjoys a descriptive-analytical method in studying the Aljazeera channel role.

Abstract  Highlighting the significance of various patterns of the China behavior in different fields and with due attention to the fact that pluralistic international identity discourses have a crucial role to play, the author would like to answer the following question: why China faces different international identity discourses in its foreign policy? And in answering the question, he points out that there are effective elements that contribute emergence of such a situation and those elements are as follows: economic reforms, the leaders’ tendencies, social changes, nationalism, foreign policy norms, changes in international norms and geo-political challenges. Thus the author explains theoretical and practical aspects of the issue and focuses on some main elements like the relationship between identity and interests, the existing identity discourse in China and illustration of efficient internal and external causes with regard to this plural identity discourse.

Abstract   The main purpose of this paper is to explore the reasons of paying attention, by the NATO leaders, to cyber space and codification of principals and elements of their strategy against cyber warfare. Therefore, the paper raises the following hypothesis: the complicated and different nature of cyber space, serious vulnerabilities of NATO member states and concerns due to cyber threats by other countries are the paramount reasons of codification as well as evolution of the NATO relevant strategy. Therefore, after a long process NATO considers cyber warfare as a real war and according to article 5 of its statute it assumes itself entitled to resort to collective and overall defense at both military and cyber aspects. Thus NATO is the first military organization that includes military and cyber defense as a main function for itself.

Abstract  There are some countries that establish and utilize terrorist groups for interest of their own foreign policies, however, they are crippling the international system in fight against terrorism. The ISIL atrocities are one of the cases with its threatening nature and terrorist activities against international peace and security. Accordingly the paper aims at studying the nature and structure of ISIL with a comparative look at the atrocities it is committing; furthermore, the paper discusses possible legislative and criminalization acts of the UN Security Council that can establish terroristic acts of ISIL and pave the way to bring it to trail at international criminal courts.
