Abstract

This paper aims at raising a Quran based concept of security. This kind of security is based on the belief in God and is extracted from the Holy Quran which is the words of the God. According to the hypothesis of the paper, the security refers to the belief, because the belief is one of the main core concepts of the Holy Quran which in turn is the foundation of the mundane and the hereafter life. However, the Holy Quran provides a raison d'être of security that is linked to the philosophy of creation and descent of humankind and leads to a special kind of anthropology without of which neither the study of aspects and faces of security nor  the recognition of security regulations could be possible. Based on the relevant aspects and rules of security in the Holy Quran, this paper compares this kind of security with the current concepts of security including national security and finally it shows that there are many similarities between these concepts.

Abstract

AlthoughIraqis a country of 90 years history, it has not solved its essential infrastructural problems yet. Here six prominent reasons are mentioned for these unsolved problems. One of them is nation-state building process which is explained in. three different levels: first, state building, nation building and country rebuilding. The first level explains about the British Force's role in incomplete state-building inIraq, Iraqi military forces' control on political power and their presence in government, and finally the presence of a reinter government inIraq. The second level is about the nation building process. And the third one tells us about rebuildingIraqafter 2003 and future prospects with regard to the historical experiences.

Abstract The subject – matter of soft power nowadays attracts attention of many countries, of researchers in IR and security studies and of practitioners to it. It yields for discussing security from soft dimension of it. Because it doesn’t subordinate to power and its focus on internationally perspective here is mentioning the security as an independently concept and externally/internally one. Soft security would be different, identify with and supplement of hard one in philological apprising, it does epistemologically definite in four paths in reducing appeal to use of force and removing pretext economic instrument for sanctions and punishments, being well situated for legitimating hard security and being attractive and the last section from the ontologically it comprises dimensions and spheres.

Abstract موجودات‌ بشری‌ از نقطه‌نظر اخلاقی‌ برابرند. آنها از لحاظ توصیفی‌، واقعی یا تجربی برابر نبوده و نیستند. از نظر برخی‌ برابری، در معنای‌ اخلاقی‌، یک‌ هدف‌، یک‌ ایده‌آل،‌ نبوده و یک‌ امید، یک‌ آرمان‌ و یک‌ الزام‌ است‌. اما هدف‌، هیچ‌گاه‌به طور کامل متحقق‌ نمی‌شود و از این‌رو اهداف‌وآرمان‌ تساوی‌طلبانه‌ بامحدودیت‌های‌جدی‌‌بشری‌‌مواجه‌است‌.
