Abstract The paper intense to illustrate the scientific and theoretical strategy thought of Ayatollah Khamenei, based on realism and also it answers the question that whether Realism has the capacity and required capabilities to analyze and illustrate r their motivations, decisions, behaviors and approaches of the leadership as the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The authors of the paper believe that the tragic decrees and thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei are mainly aimed at increasing the relative security rather than relative power of the country. This kind of view is in fact a realistic knowledge of the issues and is bound to the ethical and Islamic frameworks. Therefore, the military goals and strategies of Ayatollah Khamenei are shaped towards active and as well as containment of the challenges emerged out of new developments in the field of urgent security issues of the country.

Abstract What is the favorite government for the Salafi political Islam and based on traditionalism perspective what criticism have been raised against it?  For the paper, the Salafi Islam in fact is a deviation and wrong reading of Islam which wants to establish an authoritative government whose main function is to fulfill sharia and the tradition in an unauthorized and dictatorship manner. The traditionalists themselves who are concerned with protection of Sharia, believe that the political and Takfiri reading of the application of sharia is wrong and against the required intention. They also are of the view that the fundamentalists attempt to stablish religious government in a violent way is in fact an insult towards the Islam and therefore they have harsh criticism against those approaches. There ways of achieving power, application of sharia and means of implementation of the God orders are some of the conflicting perspectives between traditionalists and the Salafi approaches and it is very important to analyze these points given the current turbulence within the Muslim countries.

Abstract The legal order is stabling the social discipline, protects the existing order while organizes this social behavior of the people and it is equal to the change in normative and value patterns of the society. Based on this relationship, the legal order, in a way, is a barrier to social changes and from another perspective, due to its normative and instructive characteristics it can affect the social behavior of the society in the meantime complete the change of attitudes in the society. On the other hand, establishment of the new value system requires application of their instruments of the legal order. Abstract In this survey the implications of foreign trade on environmental security of Iran, specifically due to carbon dioxide emissions, is discussed. The main question of the paper is that how the foreign trade, directly or indirectly, has affected carbon dioxide emissions during 1979 until 2015. To answer the question, the available data are considered and discussed in three different phases. Based on the findings of the paper, the direct effect of the foreign trade has been positive for exports and has increased carbon dioxide omissions. Also, its indirect effect has been positive as it has increased revenues of the country. However, the foreign trade has caused environmental insecurity in Iran.

Abstract The main question of the article is what will be the United States policy and strategy in international arena in general and toward the Islamic Republic of Iran specifically during Trump's administration? Abstract There are some kinds of arms that their use is prohibited according to the international customary law or treaty law. However, these types of weaponries are produced and traded by some countries. In this context or the government officials who trade these weapons liable and so can be sued in the international criminal court. If yes, what are their liabilities? The authors of the paper I have concluded that if the unity of intention can be established, tournament officials should be liable as accomplice and if their action is based on an intention to realize a deliberate criminal act, they will have criminal liability based on the action for a joint purpose.
