devices and technologies to espionage is a new phenomenon in the international system. The unmanned air vehicles are one of those technologies used frequently for the said purpose.During the recent years, the US has initiated to use this technology against Iran. Regardless of its success and Iran’s reaction against it, committing this act by the USA is in contradiction with some general and special rules of the international law, including, the rule of non-intervention in internal affairs of the countries. Violation of these rules leads to responsibility and accountability of the USA against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
