تحلیلی‌بربیانیه‌اخیرشورای‌همکاری‌خلیج‌فارس‌در بارة‌ جزایر سه‌گانه‌ ایران‌

چکیده

روابط‌ بین‌ ایران‌ و کشورهای‌ عربی‌ منطقه‌ درطول‌ تاریخ‌ از فراز و نشیب های‌ بسیار زیادی‌ برخوردار بوده‌ که‌ وقوع‌ جنگ‌ تحمیلی‌ در این‌میان‌ در تشدید مخاصمات‌ نقش‌ بسزایی‌ را داشته‌است‌. پس‌ از اتمام‌ جنگ‌ تحمیلی‌ اگر چه‌ از دامنه‌این‌ التهابات‌ تا حدودی‌ کاسته‌ شد، اما تنش ها هیچ‌ گاه‌ به‌ حد عادی‌ و متعارف‌ نرسید. در این‌ میان‌ سیاست‌ تنش‌ زدایی‌ جمهوری‌ اسلامی‌ ایران‌ که‌ درپرتو اصل‌ گفتگوی‌ تمدن ها دنبال‌ می‌شد، توانست‌ تاحدودی‌ مؤثر افتد که‌ همکاری‌ ایران‌ و عربستان‌نمونه‌ بارز آن‌ است‌. البته‌ این‌ وضعیت‌ نیز چندان‌پایدار نبوده‌ و اعلامیه‌ اخیر شورای‌ همکاری‌ خلیج‌فارس‌ در هجمه‌ به‌ ایران‌ و گرایش‌ به‌ سوی‌ امارات‌، از جمله‌ مسایلی‌ است‌ که‌ در تاریخ‌ روابط‌ ایران‌ و کشورهای‌ عربی‌ منطقه‌ مهم‌ به‌ حساب‌ آمده‌و محتاج‌ تحلیل‌ جدی‌ می‌باشد. نویسنده‌ در این‌نوشتار  با بررسی‌ تاریخی‌ موضوع‌ به‌ تحلیل‌ نقاط‌ضعف‌ بیانیه‌ اخیر این‌ شورا پرداخته‌ و پاسخی‌ علمی‌ به‌ سیاست‌  نادرست‌ کشورهای‌  امضاء کننده‌ بیانیه‌ داده‌ است‌.
