روابط فراآتلانتیک پس از برگزیت و ترامپ؛ پیامد‌ها برای ایران

چکیده

باتوجه‏ به اینکه هم‏گرایی و واگرایی در روابط فراآتلانتیک و نقش بریتانیا در اتحادیه اروپا همواره دو متغیر مهم تأثیرگذار بر روابط اتحادیه اروپا و ایران بوده است، در این مقاله این سؤال مطرح شده که وقوع برگزیت و روی‏کارآمدن ترامپ چه تأثیری بر روابط فراآتلانتیک و چه پیامدهایی برای ایران دارد؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که برگزیت و روی‏کارآمدن ترامپ با ایجاد شکاف بی‌سابقه در روابط فراآتلانتیک و کسری امنیت در اروپا، اتحادیه اروپا را به‏سمت کاهش وابستگی راهبردی و دفاع از ارزش‌ها و منافع خود سوق داده است. باتوجه‏به تجارب گذشته، این تحولات حاوی‏ فرصت‏های کم‌نظیری برای توسعه روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اروپا است؛ به‏ویژه که ایران خود یکی از موضوعات محوری اختلاف و ازجمله عوامل مهم ایجاد شکاف در دو سوی آتلانتیک است.
