بررسی تحولات اقتصادی ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی، نشان میدهد سیاستهای اقتصادی دولت به جای پیروی از روند خطی، حالت نوسانی یا آونگی را تجربه کرده است.این بررسی مشخص میسازد جهتگیری کلی سیاستهای اقتصادی دولت در دهه اول انقلاب به سمت سیاستهای بازتوزیعی، در دهه دوم به سمت سیاستهای رشد اقتصادی و از نیمه دهه1380، بار دیگر به سمت سیاستهای بازتوزیعی بوده است. این مقاله ابتدا به تشریح این بیثباتیها در اقتصاد کلان در قالب الگوی آونگی میپردازد. سپس، تلاش میکند به جای ارائه تحلیلی اقتصادی، تحلیلی از منظر جامعهشناسی سیاسی از منشأ و علل این بیثباتیها ارائه کند. این تحلیل نشان خواهد داد که ماهیت و ساختار رانتیر دولت در ایران پس از انقلاب، منشأ و عامل این بیثباتی در اقتصاد کلان بوده است.

A study of the economic developments inIran, during the post revolution era, indicates that the economic policy of the Iranian government has got a fluctuation condition rather than linear trend. Therefore, it clears that after the revolution the general orientation of the economic policies during the first decade was based on redistribution, during the second decade on economic growth and since the middle of the third decade on redistribution again. The paper explains these instabilities within the framework of fluctuation model. Later, instead of providing an economic analysis, it will attempt to analyze the root causes of these instabilities through the prism of political sociology. Finally it concludes that during the post revolutionary era, the nature and structure of the renter state has caused this kind of instability at the macro-economic level.
